Virginia game is off, as Virginia backed out to take a home game with Oregon. It will likely be re-scheduled for a later year unless Viriginia becomes a Big 10 member. Virginia game is likely to be replaced with Central Florida, although no official announcement. Orlanda newspaper indicated a while back that there will be a two game series between PSU and Central Florida - in State College in 13' and in Orlando in 14'.

Nope just the schedule I pulled up showed Virginia and I know they owe u a home gm as last yr was the first gm of a home and home. So did u guys get big $ from Virginia? Seems kinda shady to drop one BCS school for another after u guys traveled to Virginia.

No - nothing else we really know now. It hasn't been officially announced on PSU's side yet, so that's why it's still on the schedule. I don't believe it's anything shady or underhanded and we'll probably play them at home in a few years down the line.

I thought Joyner released a statement on gopsusports a little while ago. It's also on UCFs schedule if you go to their site, they have us scheduled for the VA date next year 09/14/2013.

Bottom line Sandusky was protected and it was wrong so the school should have went to a bowl gm this yr and forfeited the $. Basically make it hard on the university but in no way affect the kids who had nothing to do with this

This is not a team that will only lose 2 games. Starting qb being replaced and huge losses on defense not being backfilled with as talented players. 4 or 5 losses is more accurate and psu will lose to osu um and nebraska for a while. Those teams are recruiting at a higher level and psu is backfilling with walk ons.

Where is the evidence that Sandusky was protected...I'm so confused. New Era or TJUB...hmm.
