2012 season

This is a good football team coming back. One of the best if not thee best defense in the Big Ten. Need to stay healthy on offense but the pieces are there. Easy to be optimistic about this coaching staff and their track records.
I'm hoping all key players stay in Happy Valley and Penn State has a good season this fall.

well this team has just recieved some added motivation to unleash hell.. the coaching staff in addition is taking numbers on the big ten coaches coming to psu.. illinois is going to get crushed for sure.. iowa seems to be the only coaching staff doing things justly..

From the beginning it sounded like teaching and developing players was their strength, and I'm hoping that's the case.
We really need our key players to stay though.

We're going to have 85 of these guys running around. I feel bad for the kids on any team we play.

Thanks Steve.
I think with everything this group of guys has been through the last 9 months, they will have some pure fury and rage to let out on our opponents on a weekly basis. This team could be very special. I truly think Emmert thought the vast majority of our team would walk away but nearly 3/4 of our team says there here to stay, what's that say about the character of these guys, the football program, University, coaching staff, etc.?
