I agree with your last line, that's what you don't seem to be acknowledging. It wasn't my graduation year, but close. As for the Paterno apologist thing, we were talking about the other coaches and not Joe. And unless that was meant to be a TIC stereotype, there are plenty of pre-2000 grads who wanted Joe to retire. Including myself.
Bottom line is, we both like the changes. On to the future.

How do you folks think the old staff would have done last year with same roster and same circumstances? Not knocking anyone but a think a losing record would have been the likely result. Keeping in mind that the young guys who stepped up likely would not have played. Would have been a train wreck IMO. Not worst in country train wreck, but a disaster none the less.
