Hackenberg and offensive line commit Brendan Mahon had a special chat with seniors after the game.

Penn State commitment Christian Hackenberg made the trip to Happy Valley on Saturday, and came away with a special connection to the Nittany Lions' senior class.

awesome. cannot wait to see this kid up at PSU. all these kids seem like they have a good head on their shoulders and are quality PSU kind of kids.

McGloin's passing records that he hit this year (most passing yards in a year and most career TDs) might not last too long, although I would love for PSU to be able to redshirt Hack. That will be dependant on whether OB can land Waters (or another QUALITY JC QB) and have Bench continue to improve.

Love the relationships that our QB has with his. See McGloin going out to dinner w/ Farrell, Stank, etc. regularly and love seeing Hack being really tight with Mahon, Nelson and to a lesser extent Hartman.

He knows that ya gotta feed the biguns. Staying off of your back as a QB begins with the front line protection.
