Depth Chart

There were a few changes for the Nittany Lions this week on the depth chart.

- Penn State spread carries among its three running backs last week, and this week on the depth chart, Zach Zwinak, Bill Belton and Akeel Lynch each have an 'OR' between them.

- Sophomore Carl Nassib makes his first appearance as the second team defensive end behind C.J. Olaniyan. Nassib has been the fourth defensive end in the first two weeks of the season.

- At defensive tackle, starter Kyle Baublitz is now listed with an 'OR' along side Austin Johnson at the spot opposite DaQuan Jones. Behind Jones, backups Derek Dowrey and Brian Gaia are separated by an 'OR.' Gaia saw the field before Dowrey last week.

- Senior Stephen Obeng-Agyapong is listed as the backup to Mike Hull at outside linebacker. He was previously only listed at safety. He replaces Ben Kline, who is now listed as the backup to Nyeem Wartman.

- Run-on linebacker Adam Cole, previously listed as an outside linebacker, is now listed as the third team inside linebacker behind Glenn Carson and Gary Wooten.

- Jesse Della Valle is now listed as the third string safety behind Adrian Amos along with Malik Golden.

- Glenn Carson and Anthony Smith are now listed as the team's punt longsnappers. Smith handled the duties in week two.

- Freshman run-on Gregg Garrity, who saw his first action in week two against Eastern Michigan, is listed as the fourth punt returner.
