PA football is overrated by people on this board, but it's to be expected.
Everybody holds their home territory in higher regard than everybody else, it's natural. WPA has some nice prospects, but not enough to build a program with. PA isn't deep enough to sustain a program that's as competitive as we want PSU to be.

PA has traditionally been the #5 HS football state in the country, so I'm not sure how they could be viewed as overrated. No one is comparing them with Texas, Florida, or California, and Ohio is similar but still better overall.
I'm not some PA HS football apologist, but over the decades, PA has certainly proven to be elite.
