So in the highlights for a pro-style QB, he's running for his life 75+% of the time? Don't see that very often.
I like that he puts passes high. As long as he doesn't sail them, that will come in handy when throwing to our TE's.
Did I just see a jump pass at the 5:45 mark? And it was a good jump pass. Huh.

From what I can see on his film we should keep him at QB. Even though I think he would be a good Sam linebacker we should give him a chance at QB first.

Loved it. Saw one play towards the end that made me think of Bull Durham scene. When Crash instigates a fight with Nuke and makes sure he punches him with his left hand (non-pitching hand). Christian, stop trying to stiff arm people with your right hand. Take it from a former QB who almost had a pinky torn off that way (you won't be able to throw for months), just lower a shoulder if necessary. Better yet at BIG level, just slide. You're the Franchise Baby!!!

Hack's pure "arm talent" is better than Luck's was at this stage or in college. Luck's obviously got him in every other area, no doubt. But Hack's arm talent is right there with the guys that have gone 1st overall in the NFL. It will be up to Fish and O'B to develop his mental side of the game--decision making, understanding the offense, etc. Frankly, McGloin's arm talent is in the bottom 25% of college football, but it was everything else that put him over the top. Now, with Hack, that arm talent will not be what holds him back. His RS year will be a blessing in disguise in the long run.
